SHIPPING, AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY

Can Walkers World Barbados ship to other islands?

Walkers World has the ability to ship across the Caricom region for large orders.  If you are a restaurant, hotel, developer or designer Walkers World would be more than happy to assist in shipping items to you or in some cases shipping entire containers to your location.  Please contact (246)421.7968 for more information.

What if I bought an item and needed a replacement but the item is out of stock?

In most cases, we have the ability to re-order any item for replacement at a charge depending on the circumstance.  Once the item is here we would call you to pick up your item or to schedule a delivery. 

If I buy an item online can it be sent to my home?

If you reside on Barbados and the purchase is a smaller item (ie. prints, rugs, lamps, etc) we encourage you to pick up your items in store.  However, if the item is a larger item (ie.sofa, table, bed) we would call you to schedule a delivery for your item/s.  If you live outside of Barbados within the Caricom region shipping is available with associated shipping charges.

How much is the delivery charge?

 Walkers World Barbados only charges a $60 delivery fee for purchases under $1000 BDS.  If your purchase is over $1000 BDS, your delivery is FREE!

Does Walkers World Barbados assemble furniture items?

Depending on your specifications our skilled delivery team will not only deliver your products, but inspect them to ensure that  they are without fault before they arrive at your home and assemble and install them in the location you request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If I am not satisfied with a purchase I have made can I return it?

Walkers World absolutely accepts returns.  If there is a manufacturers defect we will refund what you paid for the item.  If you simply changed your mind and decided that the item could not work for you, we will extend a store credit to be used at your leisure.

GIFT CARDS

Can I exchange my gift card for cash?

No, once a gift card has been purchased you can only use your gift card to make purchases.

What if I lose my gift card?

If you have lost your gift card, we can track it for you.  Once it has not been redeemed we can cancel it and re-issue a new one for you.  If the gift card was purchased by someone else you would need to provide us with the original purchaser's name.  Please note that the tracking process should be given 48 hours.

What is w design and how does it work?

w design is  Walkers World's in-house design centre.  No matter how large or small the project is, whether you need one sofa or your entire home furnished, we will be there every step of the way to help you make it perfect!  Even better, we offer fabulous discounts on packages of all sizes!  First, make and appointment with one of our design consultants, we will then, based on your specifications, create a design storyboard along with space planning and floor layout to give you a visual on your customized design concept.  Next, we will order in any items that you need to complete your space and deliver and install everything for you!  So, if you are a homeowner, designer, developer or anyone that needs a custom furnishing solution for your home or project, w design is right for you!
